I shudder to think what my novel, Cabin Girl, would be like if Jordyn never invested so much of her time, talent, and eye for details into it.
In the beginning stages of my story, she offered thoughtful and extremely in-depth developmental critiques that molded and transformed the rough draft. In later drafts, she caught dozens of typos, grammar mistakes, and clumsily-worded sentences I’d missed. And to top it off, she’s never ceased being a supportive and enthusiastic encourager for both my story, and me, as I’ve worked to publish Cabin Girl (something I finally feel confident doing).
